You will be eligible to qualify for a professional account if you meet the criteria in either Pro A or B account:
You meet 1 of the following:
i) AUD$2.5m in net assets OR
ii) AUD$250,000 income for the past 2 years.
You meet 2 of the following:
i) a minimum of 40 significantly sized leveraged trades per year*
ii) your portfolio, assets and investments exceed AUD$250,000**,
iii) worked in a professional position in the financial sector for at least 1 year,
iv) annual gross salary is greater than AUD$125,000.

Bespoke cash rebates
As a FOREX.com Professional trader, the more you trade with us, the more you will receive in monthly cash rebates. Simply meet the minimum trading volume requirements to qualify.
Rebates only apply to self-directed clients. Managed accounts, and accounts referred by an Introducing Broker are not eligible. The rebate is capped at AU$20,000 monthly per account, per qualifying client.

What are the requirements of a Professional trader?
We have two Professional accounts available. To apply for Professional account A, you need to have one of the following:
- - Net assets of AUD$2.5 million, or
- - A gross income for each of the last two financial years of at least AUD$250,000
To qualify for Professional account B, you must meet two of the following criteria:
- - A minimum of 40 significantly sized leveraged trades per year*
- - Your portfolio, assets and investments exceed AUD$250,000 **,
- - Worked in a professional position in the financial sector for at least 1 year,
- - Annual gross salary is greater than AUD$125,000.

When calculating your net assets remember to include the following: Your home, other properties/land, superannuation, trusts, shares, other investments, savings, value of business, car/boat/other vehicle.
Before you consider trading professionally, we’d recommend ensuring that you have strong experience of the markets, a track record of success, enough time to dedicate to trading and a clear plan. A Professional trading account gives you access to higher leverage and flexible margins but doesn’t feature many of the protections that come with a retail account – including negative balance protection.

What are the features of a FOREX.com Professional account?
